Our goal is for you to fully know your options and be able to advocate for yourself. You may not even know what that looks like and that’s okay - we’re going to explore your birthing wishes and prepare you for this delivery. Here are some of the things we’ll cover:

• The history of birth and a healthy pregnancy

• Strong emphasis on delivering naturally but not exclusive

• Stages of birth and baby’s positioning

• Comfort measures and pain-relief options

• Interventions and what to do

• Positioning during labor and delivery

• Postpartum - what to do after, how to heal

• Breastfeeding basics

• Birth plan

• Answer any questions you have!

The Logistics

All the details for your class!

• $200 (included for doula clients)

• Includes a birth notebook full of information/handouts + a labor goodie bag

• Location is in my studio south of Haysville, KS

• Class is 4 hours

• Please bring your birth partner (or anyone present at your birth that you would think would benefit)
